A concept revolved around empowering woman, paired with music Typical Girls by The Slits. Following the punk (first wave), funky, yet uplifting tropical sounding sounds; the forms aim to capture materiality revolving around plastic, folklore and dolls giving the girls a very sharp edge.
Typical Girls get with Typical Boys
The scenery at first glance reflects a gossipy tea time between 3 angel looking girls, from far away seeming like a typical play doll scenery yet when focused on subject matter and narrative between the front and back of the cover viewers soon realize that they are definitely not as innocent as they look.
